In this very special episode we shine the spotlight on one of our own, beloved Sisteria co-host Veronica Sullivan. We discuss balancing multiple jobs as an arts worker, tips for travel and self care, and her emotional but important decision.
This episode is an edited version of a live recording we did in November 2019 titled #MeToo, Creativity and the Law in Australia. The event was hosted in partnership with Melbourne-based community group And Also Presents, recorded at Siteworks in Brunswick, supported by the Moreland City Council Community Grants Program.
The talent behind our theme music, Rainbow Chan, joins us to discuss her show at the NGV the night before, her new album Pillar and working on interdisciplinary art projects with her mum.
In August 2019, we were super lucky to record a live show at Audiocraft podcast festival in Sydney. For this special Arrogant Aunt session we were joined by two amazing advice givers, Sisteria-fave and Hey Aunty Podcast host Shantel Wetherall and Christina Choi, a senior producer on Spotify’s creative development team in NYC.
